Entry Level Sales Associate:
As a full-time Entry Level Sales Associate, you will be fully trained in all of our products and be given the tools to deliver interactive presentations. Such interactions will improve your communication skills and advance your ability to negotiate. Since we are so keen on promoting within, this position is the perfect stepping stone to enter other facets of the business.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute multiple marketing strategies
- Promote Home Genius products and services to new and existing clients
- Participate in training opportunities on a weekly basis
- Deliver interactive sales presentations of our products and services
- Not a remote position
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Highly developed interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to speak publicly with confidence
- Open-mindedness with a passion for ongoing learning and self growth
- Desire to coach other colleagues after refining your own talents
- Ability to work Monday – Saturday: 11:00 am to 7:00 pm (5 of these 6 days)
Salary and Benefits:
- $17.50/hr plus bonuses (average hourly pay with bonuses $25-$30/hr)
